    Event Description:
    Whet your appetite and curiosity for Puerto Rican folk tales with a taste of one of the Caribbean Island's national dishes: Arroz con Gandules. The essential elements to this dish are Pigeon Peas and sofrito, a tasty blend of bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, onions, and tomatoes. The traditional Arroz con Gandules contains pork but a meat-free, plant-based version will be available as well.
