    Job Description

    Description: We are Mission: Escape, and we are hiring for a part-time customer service team member. 

    Job duties:
    From the moment a customer walks in the building, they should be enveloped in the Mission: Escape experience. As a Game Master, you are the first face they see, and your mannerisms and customer service will make the greatest first impression.

    As a Game Master/Customer Service AGENT, you will:
    -       Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    -       Operate point of sale systems and collect money
    -       Greet customers and hold their experience as top priority while guiding them through the escape room process
    -       Perform basic cleaning duties- vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, etc.
    -       Cross train with game master job duties which include resetting rooms, communicating safety procedures, and continuous
          monitoring of participants through radio communication and security camera footage.
    -       Use a computer (computer skills are a big plus)
    -       Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
    Hours: With some flexibility, afternoons/evenings and weekends, 10-20 hours/week.
