    Salary: $50,000 base salary + commission

    Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

    1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential leads through research, networking, and targeted outreach, focusing on relevant sectors within the fragrance industry.

    2. Qualify Prospects: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our products and services, fostering relationships that will lead to successful business engagements.

    3. Schedule Meetings: Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and product demonstrations, acting as the first point of contact for potential clients.

    4. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and implement strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion.

    5. Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.

    6. Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing communication with potential clients through regular follow-ups, updates, and relationship-building initiatives.

    7. Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

    8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs.
