Crack the Code: Demystifying Human Behavior
Join us for our July BBW luncheon and discover a useful way to make unpredictable and uncomfortable behaviors more predictable and understandable simply by being better observers of what people say and do. You will gain greater insight as to why behavior that is different than our typical behavior is not weird, bad, or unpredictable – it is simply different. Understanding and working with these differences can help us build stronger relationships that are less tension-filled for everyone. Virtually everything we own comes with an “operating manual” that helps us troubleshoot problems we encounter with their use. Have you ever wished there were “operating manuals” for the people you depend on in your professional (and personal) lives? This presentation will provide just that!
Speaker: Dr. Tina Brush
Your presenter, Christina “Tina” Christenson Brush-Clark, Ph.D., Brush Leadership Solutions, LLC, will take you on an interactive journey through a simple framework that will help demystify the behaviors you encounter daily, and put you on the road to more healthy and productive relationships. Out of all the leadership skills, she gains the greatest satisfaction from the “a ha” moments created for her clients by the subject of this presentation – understanding human behavior and using tools to create more productive relationships.
Dr. Christina Christenson Brush-Clark has decades of experience as a management and leadership trainer and coach for organizations here in Bartow County and throughout the southeast and Midwest. Tina has served as a consultant to numerous organizations as they develop their leadership talent, especially during these turbulent times. She holds a doctorate from Georgia State University where she also earned her MBA and completed her undergraduate work at The University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!). Tina served on the faculties of Ohio University and Kennesaw State University, and currently conducts leadership development programs through her company, Brush Leadership Solutions, LLC and the Division of Professional and Continuing Education at Georgia Highlands College.
