    Book Collecting and Values

    In recognition of Georgia Archives Month, Bartow History Museum welcomes guest speakers Dr. Tamara Livingston and Mr. Robert Williams, Associate Director and Senior Curator of the Bentley Rare Book Gallery at Kennesaw State University, on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 from noon until 1:00 p.m.   Dr. Livingston and Mr. Williams will discuss book collecting and values.  Guests are invited to bring one book each for evaluation.   

    This Lunch and Learn will take place at the Bartow History Museum located at 4 E. Church Street in downtown Cartersville.  Parking is available next to the building.  The lecture is free to members and included with the price of admission for not-yet members.  Guests are invited to bring a lunch beginning at 11:45 a.m., and the program will begin at noon.  For more information on this and other BHM programs, call 770-382-3818, ext. 6288 or visit our website at www.bartowhistorymuseum.org.
