Following the Annual Black History Parade, the community is invited to gather at Friendship Plaza (1 Friendship Plz) for the Black Business Showcase and Community Resource Fair. Beginning at 3:00 PM, the festival will be hosted by nationally syndicated radio and TV host, HeadKrack and also feature:
- Live music, including a special performance by the Morris Brown College Concert Choir
- Food vendors
- Pop-up shops from locally owned and operated Black businesses
- Resource booths hosted by community-focused nonprofits
- Special guests appearances
Festivities will continue until 6:00 PM, providing fun and meaningful engagement for all ages.
This annual event not only honors Black history and excellence but also strengthens community ties through celebration, commerce, and culture.
