Table Sponsor Levels: Champion $5000, Benefactor $2500, Advocate $1000, Supporter $500, Friend $250.  Each Table Sponsor receives preferred seating, a table for 8-10 with dinner, a private reception with the speaker and emcee, and a listing in the banquet program.
