Program Outline
This program is divided into 5 full day modules:
1. Planning for Growth
2. Marketing Research and Planning
3. Leadership and Management
4. Financial Analysis and Tools
5. Operations and Implementation
The ideal participant is a business owner or senior manager of a company that has 2+ years of successful operation, annual revenue of $300,000+, and the desire to grow.
Enrollment:
To allow participants maximum benefit from this interactive forum, enrollment is limited and an application is required. Tuition is $895 per person. Applications are reviewed to ensure competitive conflicts are eliminated. Light breakfast, lunch and training materials are included.
