LECTURE: Access to clean and affordable energy is paramount to our way of life. The ways in which we are deriving and using energy is changing rapidly. We can see this in many ways, be it row after row of wind turbines, fields full of photovoltaic solar panels, or the increasing presence of electric vehicles and charging stations. Dr. Tim Liewen, executive director of the Strategic Energy Institute at Georgia Tech, will survey the current developments in hydrogen, battery, and nuclear power, and provide some insights into future energy trends.
