Human Resources Academy

The HR Academy is an annual event at the Cartersville-Bartow Chamber. The Academy is an interactive and engaging opportunity to learn how to mitigate risk associated with managing employees. Attendees may receive SHRM or HCRI credits.

Past topics have included wage-hour compliance, workplace violence, employer information for I-9's, mock trial simulations, employee policies and handbooks, conflict resolution and dealing with difficult employees, and social media in the workplace.
